The French House in Broager
Here at Sydjysk Vin, we serve wine that lives up to a high standard, so of course top-quality food must also be served for our events and wine tastings.
Wine and food go together in most cases, according to us it is a sin to slack off on the wine and to that extent the food. It therefore gives us an opportunity to enrich you with quality on both fronts, as we offer food from Det Franskes Hus in Broager as an additional purchase for our wine tastings.
Thierry Manane, who is behind the French House, has roots in Alsace and has worked in the kitchens of the finest restaurants in France, including l'Auberge de l'Ill , where he completed and passed his final exam - a restaurant owned by the Haeberlin family - at the time named France's best restaurant and awarded three Michelin stars.
