Can the Dane make summer wine? YES! Peter makes the most beautiful and juicy Rosé wine we have tasted to date, bursting with flowers and its fresh acidity.

Not all Zinfandel will express themselves this way, as the grape is often considered to be something other than what it really is. If it is taken seriously, like here, you get some of the most beautiful wine, which can be enjoyed with or without food.

Chardonnay which has a nice golden colour, good body and its aromas that draw you out to the newly mowed cornfield, the flower meadow and the Californian sun.
