Kellerei Kaltern is certified according to Fair'n'green, a regulation that looks both at sustainability in production, environmental impact and social responsibility.

The grapes for this wine are hand-picked from fields located at an altitude of 300-450 meters and in calcareous, gravelly loam soil with good water drainage. After cold maceration for 8 hours, the wine ferments at 16 degrees and finally it is placed in a steel tank where it rests for 4 months with yeast residues that give the wine depth and character

Beautiful straw yellow color and fantastic scent of elderberry, gooseberry, grass and grapefruit and with a quivering minerality and acidity.

Seriously a wine that can be drunk by the bucketful on a hot summer day in the garden, but will also go well with most starters, especially with asparagus

This wine has received +90 points from both Parker and Suckling several times over the last 4 years, so, like the rest of the wines from the house, towering quality EVERY year.
