Oregon Terroir's Pinot Noir Rosé is an elegant and delicate wine that offers a complex aroma. It has a light, pink color that catches the eye with its freshness and liveliness.
This Rosé is made that way when the grapes are pressed and put to ferment in large open vats, together with the skins, the top layer of a good 10-15 cm is sucked under "The cap". out and there he has this Rosé.
Only very few of this wine are produced, as it is only the top 10-15 cm of the large vessel from which Rosé is made.
Fantastic and special Rosé that must be tried.
Fresh aromatic notes of red berries such as strawberries, raspberries and currants, accompanied by floral notes and a touch of citrus.
A crisp and fresh taste with a fine balance between acidity and sweetness. The flavors include red berry fruits, which provide a nice freshness, along with hints of peach and a mineral undertone that adds depth to the wine.
The wine has a clean and persistent finish with a slightly spicy undertone that makes it perfect to enjoy alone or with light dishes.
