According to the history books, the Romans had already discovered that sulfites extend our lifespan. This is due to the antioxidant and antimicrobial properties of sulphites. This also applies to wine and its preservation.
It turns out, however, that some people unfortunately react sensitively to sulphites and therefore do not eat, for example, dried fruit or sausages, because the concentration of sulphites is too high.

This observation has led Domaine Kox to innovate a real exclusivity:
The absolute 1st Luxembourg cremant "Sans Sulfites Ajoutés".
Technically, the realization of this Crémant is a challenge that has been met with expertise, pleasure and passion.
