We cover return costs to a reasonable extent. Returns must be agreed in advance. Shipments are not accepted per cash on delivery.
In the event of damage caused during transport, you must contact the carrier and deal with the matter together with them. We would like to be helpful in making contact if needed. If you receive the order by hand directly from the supplier, you must ask for time to check the contents before accepting that you have received the package. If the contents are not intact, you can refuse to receive the package, in which case the package courier must handle the matter accordingly.
