Elegant, dry and classic – this vintage sparkling wine from Weinhaus Hauck is made from 100% Pinot grapes and fermented in the bottle using the traditional method. The result is a fine sparkling wine with fine, persistent bubbles and a crisp, creamy mouthfeel.

In the glass it appears in a delicate salmon color and offers fresh aromas of apple, strawberry, citrus and a discreet touch of brioche from the long yeast contact of 24 months. With its low dosage of only 2 g/L, this sparkling wine is classified as Brut and appears dry, but still elegant and harmonious in taste.
