Josep Foraster Petita Julieta Caixa Negre 2023 – Conca de Barberà, Spain

Light, charming and fruity red wine from Conca de Barberà, created with great respect for traditions and terroir. The wine consists of a blend of Tempranillo (70%), Cabernet Sauvignon (20%) and the rare local grape Trepat (10%) – a composition that offers both familiar structure and local distinctiveness.

The vineyards are located around 370 meters above sea level and belong to the early harvested areas. The grapes are harvested early to preserve freshness and fruit intensity. After harvest, the wine is vinified by cold fermentation with light extraction and then aged in steel tanks to preserve the immediate fruitiness and clear fresh flavor profile.
