Domaine de la Tête Noire Vacqueyras 2017 – Rhône, France

Charming bobble bass from Vacqueyras in the southern Rhone.

Made from 60% Grenache, 25% Syrah and 15% Mouverdre

The wine comes, among other things, from the famous field La Garrique, which is one of the best locations in the area.

The grapes are handpicked and the wine is macerated in steel tanks with stems. The wine is then aged in steel to retain as much of the fruit as possible and thereby show the pure wine.

Delicious dark red color with full power

Aromas of black fruit, cassis, tobacco, coffee, and the local herbs, also called Garrique. Rich taste with lots of fruit and light rounded tannins. Long finish with lots of berry fruit, tobacco and pepper.

Serve at 16-18 degrees, with everything good from the grill or roast pork, beef or lamb.
