El Brujo - Premium Panama Rum

El Brujo combines the best of Panama's rum traditions with a refined blend and finish that elevates this rum to a special level. Produced during the dry season from freshly pressed sugar cane juice, which is first fermented and distilled, then aged for 8 years in ex-bourbon barrels. Finally, the rum undergoes a six-month finish in ex-Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, which adds an elegant sweetness, subtle smoky notes and a hint of red fruits.
