A beautiful and classy Crémant de Alsace made from Pinot Blanc, Auxerrois, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir. The color is light yellow with fine bubbles. The nose opens with mineral notes and fresh fruit. The palate is powerful flavor.

Manual harvest, spontaneous fermentation. Aging on the lees takes place over the course of a winter in hundred-year-old oak barrels.

This bottle bears witness to the expression of the granitic terroir of Niedermorschwihr and Katzenthal with the sole influence of the Alsatian microclimate.
Blend of Pinot Blanc, Pinot Blanc Auxerrois, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir.
Following a manual harvest, the juices ferment naturally under the impulse of indigenous yeasts. Aging on the lees takes place over a winter in hundred-year-old oak barrels.
