With the 2022 vintage, Justin Boxler presents his first AB-certified (Agriculture Biologique) harvest – a milestone for the family-owned domaine and a clear signal of dedication to organic and sustainable wine production.

This authentic Riesling is made from hand-picked grapes from 50-year-old vines grown on limestone soil. The wine is harmonious and precise with a beautiful mineral structure, vibrant citrus notes and a straight, refreshing acidity that gives the wine both nerve and elegance.

Fermentation takes place naturally in oak barrels after a gentle and long pressing and cold settling, ensuring maximum aromatic finesse and terroir expression.

Perfect as an accompaniment to fish, seafood, salads and the bright, green kitchen.
