Weingut Boujong Family First CBAF Riesling "Süß" 2023 – Mosel, Germany

CBAF Süß is complex and inviting with a wealth of fruity and floral notes. You will be greeted by intense aromas of tropical fruits such as mango, pineapple and papaya, combined with peach and apricot. There is also a delicate undertone of honey and candied citrus, which underlines the sweetness of the wine. A faint florality gives the wine an additional dimension, adding a touch of finesse. The aroma is rich and deep, yet light and accessible.

The wine has a beautiful, light golden color, which testifies to its sweetness and maturity.

A great wine for dessert, especially fruit-based desserts, such as fruit tarts, sorbets or cheesecake. It would also be an excellent companion to strong cheeses, especially those with a good fat content such as blue cheese or camembert.
