This unique Weissburgunder, also known as Pinot Blanc, has gained its distinctive name and color through extended fermentation with the grape skins, a traditional method reminiscent of red wine production. The result is an orange wine with increased body, structure and complexity.

The wine offers an intense aroma of Belle de Boskoop apples and spices, while the taste is characterized by ripe apples, raisins, quinces and pears. The dry wine has medium acidity, is unfiltered and produced organically by Ökonomirat Lind, who has been growing organically since 1985.

With four weeks of fermentation in open vats, the wine develops good shelf life and is perfect for white meat, charcuterie with salt such as air-dried hams and sausages, creamy cheeses and mild blue cheeses, as well as both raw and cooked fish dishes.

Good shelf life due to the acid. Fermented for 4 weeks in open vats.

Ökonomirat Lind has been running their vineyard organically since 1985!
