Oregon Terroir's Ancients Rites Rage Aged Sparkling Riesling is an excellent example of how the Riesling grape can be used to make sparkling wines with depth and character. This wine combines elegance and complexity, making it a perfect choice for both Riesling enthusiasts and those who appreciate quality sparkling wines.

The nose is rich with fresh and delicate aromas of citrus, green apples and white flowers, combined with hints of honey and light mineral notes. There is also an underlying yeast aroma that comes from the traditional bottle fermentation.
