This Pinot Gris is vinified with a focus on complexity and terroir expression from the Willamette Valley. After 10 years of bottle aging, it still appears vibrant with a mature profile without signs of oxidative development. The wine has an aroma profile characterized by elements of wine gum, turpentine, linseed oil, wax, sandalwood and saffron, complemented by ripe fruit notes such as pear, quince, apple and honey, all on a rich, slightly dusty and complex base. The barrel aging for 15 months adds discreet notes of licorice candy and vanilla.

Fermentation is carried out with whole bunches of grapes in open, temperature-controlled steel tanks over 4-6 weeks at 10-13 °C, using a champagne yeast strain that ensures a slow and controlled fermentation. The long maceration time gives extra texture and depth.

With an alcohol percentage of 13%, the wine appears balanced with a clear structure, suitable for gastronomic experiences where the wine's complexity can come into its own.
