Rudolf May Silvaner Germany White Wine 2019 is a Gutswein (the house's "business card" and a good exponent of what the Silvaner grape is of a size; Fresh, tasty and with a good acidity. Lovely Silvaner with an intensive almost "crispy" acidity above medium. Tasting notes of Granny Smith apples, gooseberries and grapefruit. A little soft and withdrawn sweetness in the aftertaste. 12% alcohol and 5.8g of acid. Enjoy it with Thai food or other dishes such as curry.
