Rudolf May Silvaner Germany White Wine 2019 is a Gutswein (the house's "calling card" and a good exponent of what the Silvaner grape is for a size; Fresh, tasty and with good acidity. Lovely Silvaner with an intensive almost "crispy" acidity over medium. Tasting notes of Granny Smith apples, gooseberries, lime and grapefruit. A little soft and withdrawn sweetness in the aftertaste that is relatively long. 12% alc., 0.8g sugar and 5.8g acid. Enjoy it with Thai food or other dishes with, for example, curry.
