The grapes come from vines that are more than 50 years old.
The vineyard is right in the heart of Langenberg
These are very old and branched vines. Class 2020 became the horse in the middle of
September. After one
Maceration time of 18 hours, the grapes were pressed and then
completely "spontaneously" fermented in wooden barrels for 9 months.
The wine is very cool with a mineral personality, serious depth and a long finish. Delicate aromas of Amalfi lemons and grapefruit.
