This Grauer Burgunder (Pinot Gris) from Weingut Seeger in Leimen is vinified and aged exclusively in stainless steel tanks at carefully controlled low temperatures to preserve the freshness and purity of the wine. The wine displays a complex aroma with notes of pear, quince, honeydew melon, nuts and herbs, supported by a well-balanced and precise acid structure.

As a dry and structured wine, this Gutswein has a clear backbone and finesse, making it extremely suitable for a wide range of gastronomic combinations such as beef carpaccio, veal pie, fried or grilled fish, piri piri chicken and mild red cheeses.
