Segger Grauer Burgundy VDP. Gutswein

The grapes are fermented at a low temperature in stainless steel tanks. Maturation also takes place in stainless steel. Classic Grauburgunder with backbone and refined aromas of pear, quince, honeydew melon, nuts and herbs and harmonious acidity. Dry all-round wine that goes well with a variety of dishes: including beef carpaccio, veal pie, fried or grilled fish, piri piri chicken or mild red cheese. Grauburgunder is the German name for Pinot Gris or the Italian Pinot Grigio.
