Stairs n Roses Rotweiss Concinnity 2022 is a dry barrel-aged and very exciting white wine. This wine is a bit of a sensation! Like its sister wine, Rotweiss Symphony, it is made from the well-known white riesling grape AND the not-so-well-known red riesling grape. As far as is known, the 2 cuvées are the first and so far the only ones that are composed of exactly the 2 grapes. The grapes come from vines on Kinheimer Rosenberg and Kinheimer Römerhang. This barrel-aged version (18 months in barrel ) is a dry but very fruity wine containing notes of both tropical fruits, including mango like lime, elder, pineapple and peach. Fine balance between the freshness of the Riesling grape and the complexity of the dish.

Below is what the well-known wine blogger Ulrik Houlberg has written about the wine vintage 2020 in December 2023:

In the glass, the wine is clearly darker (than Rotweiss Symphony) ... and the aroma also more mature with more tertiary notes. There is some kerosene and light turpentine, linseed oil, buttery and deliciously oiled with a tropical fruit that is mostly apricots, peaches, mango, papaya and a little honey, caramel and a hint of some toasted almonds and vanilla...it smells simply excellent .
The taste also seems mature, deep and thoughtful ... oily, creamy and slightly waxy, where the fruit is intense, concentrated, dense and masculine with weight, fatness and dark power. There are ripe apples, candied lemons and dried apricots ... body, ripeness and cryo-concentrated apple cider for adults and Concinnity is capable and harmonious, so 94 points. Wine review 5.5/7
