Stairs n Roses Rotweiss Symphony 2022 – Mosel, Germany

A semi-dry, fresh and seductive white wine that stands out with its unique blend of white and red Riesling grapes (70% white Riesling and 30% red Riesling). The grapes are handpicked from the prestigious Kinheimer Rosenberg and Kinheimer Römerhang vineyards.

The wine offers a sparkling fruity profile with notes of tropical fruits such as mango, lime, pineapple, elderberry and peach. The harmonious balance between the characteristic freshness of the Riesling grape, pronounced acidity and pleasant sweetness makes this wine a perfect terrace drink and summer favorite.

With only 427 numbered bottles produced since its debut year of 2020, Rotweiss Symphony is a rare and sought-after wine with an alcohol content of 11.5%, residual sugar of 19.5 g/l and acidity of 6.7 g/l.
