2022 Stairs n Roses Rotweiss Symphony

Stairs n Roses Rotweiss Symphony 2022 is a semi-dry/semi-sweet fresh, seductive and very exciting white wine.

So here it is again! This wine is a bit of a sensation that, like its sister wine, Rotweiss Concinnity is made from the well-known white Riesling grape AND the little-known red Riesling grape. As far as is known, the 2 cuvées (Symphony and Concinnity) are the only ones that are composed of exactly those 2 grapes. The grapes come from vines on Kinheimer Rosenberg and Kinheimer Römerhang. A semi-dry and very fruity wine containing notes of both tropical fruits, i.a. mango like lime, elder, pineapple and peach. Fine balance between the freshness, acidity and sweetness of the Riesling grape: a real terrace basker that is produced in only 427 numbered bottles! The first harvest was in 2020, the next harvest will be 2024 and the wines from this will not be released until 2025; you should therefore not wait too long to buy.
