Julia Molitor-Justen and Dr. Daniel Molitor deliberately harvested their shared vineyard in a state of perfect sweetness-acid balance to emphasize the particular minerality and fruitiness of the Mosel slate. This wine was spontaneously fermented in typical Mosel fashion with a little more natural residual sweetness, and then a sweet dream comes true!

"Sweet Child" is characterized by a fascinating sweet-sour harmony. This means that the wine has a good balance between sweetness and acidity, which results in a pleasant and appealing taste experience.
