This elegant sparkling wine from the family-owned Weinhaus Hauck in Rheinhessen is made from 100% Riesling and fermented in the bottle according to the traditional method. The result is a dry and lively Sekt with fine, persistent bubbles and a fresh acidity that creates a nice balance. The taste offers notes of green apples, citrus and white peaches with a touch of brioche on the finish.
