2022 Weinhaus Hauck Riesling Brut Sekt

This elegant sparkling wine from the family-owned Weinhaus Hauck in Rheinhessen is made from 100% Riesling and fermented in the bottle according to the traditional method. The result is a dry and lively Sekt with fine, persistent bubbles and a fresh acidity that creates a nice balance. The taste offers notes of green apples, citrus and white peaches with a touch of brioche on the finish. The crisp and mineral style makes it perfect as an aperitif or an accompaniment to light dishes such as seafood and sushi.

Best enjoyed at 6–8 °C – an obvious choice for both festive occasions and cozy moments.
